Solar Spirals

What did you think of it? Never Tried It
Pours a non-transparent, golden, pale amber color. ½ finger of white, bubbly head. Dank, hoppy aroma with berry and tropical fruit. The taste is hop-forward, with strong strawberry fruitiness, slightly tart blueberry flavors, and some stone fruit undertones. We also get tropical fruit in the finish, especially mango and papaya. Double dry hopped with Mosaic and Strata. Malts are perfectly present, with a flaky, pale malt backbone to support the hop flavors. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. There’s a pleasant citrus bitterness in the aftertaste. We really like this beer, one of the best West Coast style IPAs we’ve had lately!
