Pale amber color, two fingers of off-white, foamy head. Lots of lacing left on the glass. Aroma is pretty balanced, with lots of hops but also a nice amount of malts. On the taste, the malts are semi-sweet, with sweet bread and sugar cane flavors. Hops are juicy and tropical, as we get mango and papaya. Pleasant bitterness – it seems like a West Coast style DIPA but it’s unique in that it's juicy but also bitter. Creamy mouthfeel and warming carbonation, with a finish that is long and smooth.
