Pennsylvania Tuxedo - Dogfish Head Brewery - Beer of the Day - Beer of the Day.

Tuxedo is a lighter amber color with a average amount of off-white head. This is very clear with medium carbonation. It has a piney hop IPA aroma with some earthy, woodsy characteristics. The smell is strong, but that's just a hint of what you get on the taste. The flavor is similar to what you'd get if you put a pine tree in blender: needles, bark and all. The hop flavors here are incredibly piney and you can taste the spruce tips. There is a wintergreen/menthol cooling effect in the aftertaste. This beer is great to try as novelty. Only a lumberjack that loves his job would want to drink this on the regular.
