Serenity Now pours a garnet red color with minimal head that completely disappears almost instantly. Aroma is fruit forward, with the plum coming through beautifully and maybe a little fig or raisin as well. Taste is all plum, balanced with a moderate sweetness and a nice tang that we wouldn't describe as sour, nor tart. There's no funkiness to it, just... Tangy. There's an interesting light, creamy quality to this beer, and it finishes somewhat crisply. Mouthfeel is light and carbonation is light too.
