Founded in 1984 by Kurt and Rob Widmer, Widmer Brothers Brewing Company helped shape Portland's craft beer scene from its North Portland brewery. Best known for Hefe, an American-style wheat beer served with lemon, the brewery pairs German-inspired roots with Northwest hops and innovation. Its taproom and legacy reflect Oregon brewing culture, community, and decades of pioneering local beer lore!
