Molson Coors buying rest of MillerCoors for $12 billion
Denver-based Molson Coors Brewing Co. announced Wednesday that it has an agreement with Anheuser-Busch InBev to purchase the 58 percent of the Chicago-based MillerCoors joint venture it doesn't already own.
