Brewery description
Suginoya Brewery (Hamachi Shuzo) is a long-running sake and craft beer maker in Fukuoka-shi, Japan, set near the rice fields and sea breezes of Nishi Ward. Founded in 1870, it blends traditional koji, local water, and seasonal brewing with a welcoming kura shop, tastings, and hearty beer hall fare. Visitors can sample sake, shochu, amazake, and fresh ales in a relaxed Kyushu setting. Welcomes all.
