Brewery description
J.C. & R.H. Palmer Ltd, better known as Palmers Brewery, is a historic family-run brewery beside the River Brit in Bridport, Dorset. Brewing on the Old Brewery site since 1794, it is famed for traditional ales such as Dorset Gold, Tally Ho! and Copper Ale, served across its West Country pubs. Its thatched buildings, copper brewhouse and local malt heritage make it a landmark of Dorset brewing now.
