Haneda Shuzo Y.K. is a small, family-run sake brewery in Keihoku, the forested northern area of Kyoto, Japan. Founded in 1893, it draws on cold mountain air, clear local water, and regional rice to craft traditional Kyoto sake under labels such as Hatsuhinode. The brewery is known for careful small-batch brewing a gentle local character, and a close connection to its rural community and seasons.
