New Belgium has made a very good rendition of the true Belgian Ales. Compared to most Belgian Ales it is slightly sweeter, lighter, and fruitier but very smooth and flavorful. We aren't sure if they have monks brewing beer in Colorado, but it tastes like that is a possibility.
